Pre-admission services: new patients will be assessed, diagnosed, booked for admission and pre-operatively assessed all in one visit.

Ambulatory care: day case rehabilitation for patients who require specialist therapy intervention and pain management.

Review clinic: patients with specific services will be seen and treated or diagnosed.

Research clinics: long term follow up of patients for research purposes.

Exterior

The front elevations of the scheme are clad with Caliza Capri limestone facades, giving the building a sleek and stylish finish. In contrast, the elevations overlooking the landscaped courtyard, designed to create an attractive central space for the scheme, are clad in zinc tiles to maximise light and reflect daylight.

Apartments

Each apartment has been designed individually by MAKE Architects to reflect the elegant structure of the building. The specification takes into consideration both practicality and style.

Feng Shui

The principles of feng shui have been applied to the building to create and maintain an environment that promotes and enhances the flow of positive ch'i.

Phase 2 will consist of:
