CBRE opens new office for Battersea and Nine Elms

CBRE has opened a new Battersea and Nine Elms office in the St George Wharf development in Vauxhall SW8.

The new CBRE branch will provide residential sales, lettings and property management services across Nine Elms, Vauxhall and wider Battersea region.

The newly refurbished riverside office is currently based in St George Wharf, with plans to move into a state of the art unit within Barratt London’s Nine Elms Point development, upon its completion in 2019.

Over the next few years Nine Elms will be transformed in to a whole new district for London, creating over 20,000 new homes and 25,000 jobs, becoming an important commercial, retail and cultural hub.

The exciting developments in the area include Aykon London One with Versace interiors, Embassy Gardens with sky pool, iconic Battersea Power Station, and One Nine Elms by Chinese developer Wanda Group.

According to CBRE Research, Nine Elms’ borough of Southwark has experienced 16% house price growth in the last year alone. This figure is higher than London’s average property price growth and the local market is anticipated to remain robust, particularly as popular developments in the Nine Elms and Battersea area move closer to completion.

CBRE bring unrivalled market knowledge to the area, having been significantly involved with the Nine Elms regeneration project. Over the past few years the firm has provided residential development and sales consultancy, as well as retail and commercial advice on the overall redevelopment of the area.
