New homes and offices in London advertise

How To Find The Best Estate Agent in London?

The easiest way to get information about London property is by signing up with a local estate agent. They have the inside info, the contacts, the know how. But how do you know which one to choose when there are hundreds to pick from?

One option is to look at the new developmets and buildings listed on Buildington, where all the new homes and offices are neatly sorted by postcode. Just choose an area and explore the properties. You’ll probably notice a pattern soon. If Knight Frank is marked as the agent for more than one development in Bayswater, they probably know that market well. The best estate agents have a long list of suitable clients waiting in their books and because of this some properties don’t even have to be advertised.

Branded Products: Kitchen Appliances in London’s New Homes

Do you have a brand preference when it comes to kitchen appliances? The new homes in London normally come with a fully fitted kitchen and while we trust the developer’s choice, it’s interesting to see if they have any favourites.

Based on the specifications of some 50+ new homes completing in 2017 and onwards, we put together a list to give us some insight.

What we found was that there are more or less 10 main brands. German Miele and Siemens are most popular in Central London developments. The reliable Bosch is not far behind. Italian Zanussi is preferred for the more affordable homes. Smeg can be found in quirky homes. Liebherr and Gaggenau are perfect for a penthouse.

Click on each development name to find the link to the original website and Sales Agent contacts details.
