Have you been looking for a reason to finally get started with redesigning your house? Architect in the House scheme matches homeowners with a local RIBA chartered architect who gives up an hour of their time for a design consultation. In exchange, the homeowner makes a suggested donation of £40 to Shelter. The money you give goes for families in housing need.
The series is returning for a another season with TV presenter Sarah Beeney. The scheme is run by Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity, and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
Closing date for registrations is 3 July 2011.
