Here is what buyers really want in 2017

Buyers care more about the apartment layout than the development location and its’ excessive amenities, says the latest London Development Design Study Spring 2017 by Knight Frank. 

In the current product-led and less location-led market, the buyers are more interested in the space, layout, architecture and views. The most important factor is apparently the ceiling height, which has to be at least 2.6m and over 2.8m fo a prime market where sq ft costs more than £3,000.

Security, concierge services, and underground parking are the most important amenities but the rest can be sacrificed if this means smaller Service Charge costs.
