The Society includes a rooftop garden, greened street-side terraces, a gym, a multi-use studio, lounge and dining space along with a considered array of study spaces.
The development offers a mix of en-suite shared accommodation, studios and premium studios. 51% of beds are nominated to a Higher Education Institution, of which 35% will be affordable beds.
Designed by JTP, the project is targeting BREEAM Excellent, WELL & WiredScore Platinum.
