Overview

Wembley Greenway is a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) project in the London Borough of Brent.

Located to the rear of 390-406 High Road, Wembley, the development will open up the railway lands running parallel to High Road, Wembley.

This is a car-free development with a strong focus on inclusivity providing safe and inclusive green spaces. This will open for use by the wider community, promoting a sense of belonging.

The project comprises 639 student beds. 10% of these rooms are designed to be accessible, ensuring equitable access for all students.

The development includes a new public realm. This space will be thoughtfully landscaped, featuring greenery, seating areas, and recreational facilities for everyone's enjoyment.

To foster community engagement, the project incorporates a versatile community studio space that can be rented for various purposes, encouraging interaction and collaboration among residents and the broader neighbourhood.
