Plot 12 North building is the first affordable homes block within the Brent Cross Town development in London NW2.
New Affordable Homes
The 100,000 sq ft site, which will be managed by London and Quadrant (L&Q), will offer 120 new affordable one, two, three and four bedrooms homes.
The scheme comprises 110 new homes for residents of tenants of Clare Point, Norden Point and Whychcote Point, the three Whitefield Estate residential blocks, as well as 10 additional new homes.
Designed by Maccreanor Lavington Architects, the 9-storey building has an ‘L’ shaped footprint around a public garden and is north of The Delamarre building on Claremont Way.
All Brent Cross Town’s residents will benefit from our state-of-the-art district heat network, created in partnership with Vattenfall, which will deliver reliable, low-carbon heating and hot water.
Residents can enjoy the newly refurbished 5-acre Claremont Park on their doorstep, alongside new retail and leisure amenities and the new Brent Cross West Station.
The new affordable residential building is being constructed by Midgard, part of the JRL group, and the company will employ as many as 350 people on its sites at any one time.
The building is set to welcome its first residents in late 2024.

Plot 12 sits in the heart of the Brent Cross South scheme. The new neighbourhood will provide 6,700 new homes, workspace for over 25,000 people and a pedestrian-friendly high street with local shops and restaurants. The community will be supported by first-class public transport infrastructure, a new and improved network of walking and cycle routes and a series of new
parks, squares and other amenities including health, community and schools.
Brent Cross South is being delivered by the BXS Limited Partnership
between Barnet Council and Related Argent.
