Lewisham Council approves plans for the demolition of church building (known as the Shaftesbury Christian Centre/Bear Church) Frankham Street SE8 and the construction of a 6 storey building with roof terraces comprising a new church, with ancillary community rooms and ancillary cafe on the ground and first floors, with 33 x 1 bedroom affordable flats above, together with the provision of a public space to the front of the building, 34 cycles spaces, bin stores and associated landscaping and subject to a Legal Agreement pursuant to S106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) dated 15 December 2020.
