Developer Regal London has submitted plans for a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) project in the London Borough of Brent.

Wembley Greenaway is situated to the rear of The Society development at 390-406 High Road, Wembley HA9.

The proposed PBSA scheme will open up the railway lands running parallel to High Road and provide a secure and inclusive green space for the community.

The planned Wembley Greenaway project comprises 639 student beds, offering a variety of bedroom options, with 10% of them being accessible rooms. A notable feature of the development is its car-free design, prioritising sustainability.

The development will also create a community studio space available for rent.

The development has excellent connections with Wembley Central Underground Station just a 10-minute walk away (Overground, Bakerloo, and London Northwestern Lines). Wembley Stadium Station just a few minutes walk away provides access to the Chiltern Main Line that takes you to Marylebone in 15 minutes.

This is Regal London's second PBSA development in the borough. It also represents their fifth PBSA project within London, with other developments including the adjacent The Society on High Road Wembley, Devonshire Place in Southwark (currently in the planning stage), and upcoming projects on Chalk Farm Road in the London Borough of Camden, adjacent to the Roundhouse, as well as Orchard Wharf, located opposite the O2 Arena.

Subject to successful planning approvals, these projects will bring Regal London's PBSA portfolio to nearly 3,500 beds, contributing significantly to the capital's student accommodation landscape.

Paul Eden, co-founder of Regal London commented:

“There is clear demand for high-quality purpose-built student accommodation in London – well located, with good sustainability credentials and a thoughtful approach to design and wellbeing. We hope to be able to deliver this for High Road, Wembley and to continue working closely with our local neighbours in the area.”
