Top 10 London’s new residential and commercial property developments in March 2019. Find out which projects were most popular among Buildington visitors last month.

1. BRX SW9

What’s new? This new residential development launched at the end of March. The redevelopment of the 1970s residential block in Stockwell will create 177 new homes. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are available with prices starting from £455,000. Contact Network Homes for details.

2. New Hounslow Civic Centre SW9

What’s new? The council is moving into their new offices at the New Hounslow Civic Centre this month. The building comprising offices, a library and a café was designed by Sheppard Robson, completed in early 2019.

3. Television Centre W12

What’s New? Final 591 sq ft (54,9m2) 1-bedroom on the 3rd floor of The Helios is available through Strutt&Parker.

4. Chelsea Barracks SW1

What’s new? Multiplex has started construction of the 4th Phase, designed by Eric Parry Architects, with completion scheduled for the summer of 2022. This phase comprises three 6-storey residential buildings arranged around a private courtyard at the centre of the development. What’s new? 2-to 5-bedroom apartments are available for sale from £1,400,000 through Knight Frank and Savills.

What’s new? The construction of the tallest build-to-rent tower in London is progressing well (photo from Jan 2019). The apartments will be available through Vertus, a full-service operator, part of the Canary Wharf Group.

10. The Broadway SW1
