Skanska has pre-let one of the two ground-floor retail units of The Monument Building to salad bar Olive & Squash.

Olive & Squash has taken the Fish Street Hill retail unit, totalling 650sqft (60sqm), on a 10-year lease.

Alex Jordan, Skanska’s Leasing Director, said: “Olive & Squash is an exciting new retail offer and a great fit for The Monument Building.”

Olive & Squash joins TwentyFour Asset Management and UnderwriteMe who have taken a lease on the eight and the ninth floors respectively.

Savills represented Skanska in the transaction. CWM advised Olive & Squash.
