Skanska has let the 7th floor of The Monument Building to Booking.com, the world leading online accommodation booking company, which is part of the Nasdaq-listed Priceline Group.
The company took the entire seventh floor, totalling 9,678sqft (899sqm), on a 10-year lease.
Alex Jordan, Skanska’s Leasing Director, said: “We are delighted to be able to announce the third office letting at The Monument Building to such a well-known company with a strong covenant. Booking.com will join TwentyFour Asset Management and UnderwriteMe who have taken the eighth and ninth floors respectively.”
Savills represented Skanska in the transaction. CBRE advised Booking.com.
