Countryside has recently launched Le Mare Terrace, the new phase of apartments at St Paul’s Square.

Le Mare Terrace will comprise a selection of 32 one, two, three and four bedroom stylish apartments with balconies or terraces. Enabling Londoners to join the UK’s band of homeowners, first time buyers at St Paul’s Square’s Le Mare Terrace will enjoy a close proximity to Canary Wharf, excellent transport connections and also the nearby open green spaces of Mile End Park and Victoria Park that this vibrant location has to offer.

The London Help to Buy scheme allows buyers to purchase with as little as a 5% deposit for up to 55% of the value of the home. The Government will then provide an equity loan of up to 40% of the property’s value, which is interest free for the first five years.

Andrew Loveday, Sales Director at Countryside commented: “The Help to Buy scheme has helped a vast amount of people fulfil their ambitions of jumping on the housing ladder and this was evident when selling the first phase of apartments at St Paul’s Square, as they were very popular with young professionals. With brilliant transport connections all over London, nearby open green space and affordability through the London Help to Buy Scheme, the homes at Le Mare Terrace will no doubt prove attractive to those looking to find their feet on the property ladder and invest in this trendy area of East London”.

The Le Mare Terrace apartments boast a high specification, each featuring its own balcony for residents to soak up East London bohemian’s vibes. The homes have been intelligently designed in order to maximise light and space. The contemporary stone grey fitted kitchens feature stone worktops with matching upstand and splashback and a brushed steel single electric oven and microwave oven. Kitchens also boast integrated features such as their own A+ rated fridge, freezer and dishwasher, as well as a free standing washer/dryer. The master bedroom boasts fitted wardrobes, with its own en-suite featuring white sanitaryware with contemporary chrome accessories and ceramic tiles to walls and floors.
