Construction continues at the Young Street site with the bulk dig nearing completion and basement slab and drainage work progressing well, reports Grainger.
The team have been busy forming the basement liner walls and undertaking ongoing substructure works.
The project team continues to meet regularly with a group of key local residents who represent the area and community groups to discuss progress on site. The group has provided valuable feedback on traffic management and noise monitoring.
Upcoming milestones:
1. Ongoing Substructure works which includes everything up to the ground floor
– anticipated completion late 2016.
2. Work on the ground floor slab – anticipated completion late 2016.
3. Work on the superstructure to follow.
