Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan have signed lease agreements with three prominent food and beverage brands at Angel Court, which is due to complete in December this year.

Peruvian restaurant, Coya, who specialize in South American cuisine have signed for 4,500 sq. ft. of bar and restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The Natural Kitchen, founded on Marylebone High Street in 2007 which will supply a freshly prepared, all-day food and drink offering have taken 6,000 sq. ft. in the Copthall Avenue unit. In addition, speciality coffee, food and wine company Notes has agreed a deal for 1,500 sq. ft. next to the building’s reception where they will serve their high quality coffee during the day and an in the evenings customers can enjoy their inspired wine list and local craft beers.

Commenting on the lettings, David Camp, Chief Executive of Stanhope plc, said: “We are well on track to delivering a striking new landmark building which will provide much needed quality, flexible and modern office space to the City market by the end of the year. With working habits changing significantly over the last 20 years, it is vital for us to complement this office accommodation with a varied leisure offer and we are confident that the highly popular operators we have signed will do just that.”
