London Help to Buy scheme is available at Countryside’s newly launched Annesley apartments at St Paul’s Square.

Help to Buy allows buyers to purchase with as little as a 5% deposit. The Government will provide an equity loan of up to 40% of the property’s value, which is interest-free for the first five years.

The Annesley apartments comprise one, two, three and four bedroom contemporary apartments. Each home has its own private outside space.

Andrew Loveday, Sales Director at Countryside comments: “Help to Buy is offering the chance for Londoners to jump on the housing ladder without having to move further out of the capital. Bow is an exciting area with a lot of scope for development and regeneration in the future. The last phase of apartments was very popular, so we expect the same level of success in this next phase at St Paul’s Square. To avoid disappointment, we advise registering interest as soon as possible.”

All of the Annesley apartments are built to a high specification, exuding style and comfort. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open plan, creating a flexible living space which has been thoughtfully designed to take advantage of natural light. Each apartment also benefits from its own terrace or balcony, with apartments on higher levels enjoying views of London all year round.

Kitchens have been fitted with contemporary stone grey units featuring a handleless gloss base and reconstituted stone worktops. Appliances are fully integrated including an electric oven and microwave, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and free standing washer/dryer in the hall cupboard. Bathrooms are sleek with white sanitaryware featuring chrome accessories, a white bath and a thermostatic shower in en suites.

Prices for a two bedroom apartment at St Paul’s Square start from £470,000 and are available with the London Help to Buy Scheme. The marketing suite and show homes are open seven days a week.
