The basement slab at 19-27 Young Street site is now complete, reports Grainger in the latest community newsletter.
The team has also been busy forming the basement liner walls and ground floor slab.
They have commenced with columns going up to the first floor.
The project team continues to meet regularly with a group of key local residents who represent the area and community groups to discuss progress on site. The group has provided valuable feedback on traffic management and noise monitoring.
