Banda Property has appointed Paragon, a division of Interserve, the international support services and construction group, on their luxury scheme at 13-19 Leinster Square in Bayswater, London W2.
The 50,000 sq ft grade II listed development will comprise 15 apartments and is due for completion at the end of Q3 2018.

The contract value is £26 million.
