Hammersmith and Fulham planning committee has approved the final phase of St George’s Fulham Reach development, which will create the final 92 homes, including four town houses, reports planning consultant Quod.
The final phase will knit seamlessly with the wider development, which delivers a total of 744 homes along with nearly 4,000m² of commercial floorspace.
