Pocket Living received planning permission from Haringey council last week, for their most ambitious scheme to date, West Green Place N17.
Pockt will build 98 Pocket homes for local first-time buyers at a 20% discount, establishing another strong community of owner occupiers.
West Green Place will include with a new community centre for the benefit of the whole local community.
A first-time buyer reportedly helped convince the planning committee by telling her story about how she is priced out in the area she grew up in. Hearing the experiences of a local first-time buyer who could benefit from this development made all the difference in helping the Planning Committee to approve the new homes.
