Molten Court apartments are launched today 16th March 2017 at Anthology’s Deptford Foundry.

Molten Court, the third building to be launched, will consist of 25 new apartments, including 6 of the new homes either being fully adapted or specifically adaptable for residents who are wheelchair users. Guide prices for a one-bed apartment will start from £385,000.*

Those who attend the launch event on the 16th March will have the first, exclusive glance of the next release of highly-sought after apartments at Deptford Foundry. Anthology will be providing refreshments supplied by Italian restaurant, Festa, situated locally to the development as well as music from Acoustic Duo. Those who reserve at the launch event will benefit from having their service charge paid for a whole year by Anthology**.

Ben Allen, Project Director at Anthology commented: “Deptford is establishing itself as a destination that other London boroughs will find difficult to rival. The thriving community has a unique identity with vibrant streets filled with independent shops, cafés, local bars and music venues. There is something for everyone in the area!

“Following the popularity of our first release of apartments, we’re thrilled to be launching our next building ‘Molten Court’. The 25 new apartments include our first selection of adaptable homes that have been designed according to British Building Regulations and the Life Time Homes standard, to ensure they can be adapted to suit the specific requirements of the resident.

“All of the apartments are created with modern living in mind, benefiting from spacious balconies or terraces with open-plan lounge dining and kitchen areas. The landscaped area around Molten Court has been designed as a communal garden space for residents to enjoy.”

In keeping with its surroundings, the brick and metal façade design of the apartments reflects the industrial heritage of the former trading estate which was previously home to a metal foundry.

Upon arriving at Deptford Foundry, from Arklow Road, there will be a corten steel water feature to add a sense of calm to the outside space and further acknowledge the sites’ past as an industrial iron foundry.

Ben Allen continued: “The sleek apartments at Deptford Foundry tick all the boxes for those wanting to live in a distinctive location, with fantastic links to the City. For those wishing to commit to one of our new apartments then Molten Court is due to complete and ready to move into in early 2019.”
