The video and entertainment platform Vevo will be moving into The Lighthouse building in London’s King’s Cross.
Nick Capstick-Dale of UK Real Estate said: “This important building was on the listed buildings ‘at risk’ register when I acquired it. Throughout the development process my focus has been to build a new building behind the listed façade which delivers the quality and style of offices sought in the marketplace today. Its views over the regenerated King’s Cross station are spectacular.
“The tremendous demand for new space at the King’s Cross Central development has shown the potential for the area, and we believe that The Lighthouse is one of the best office buildings in this rapidly-evolving neighbourhood. The offices were marketed through Levy Real Estate and Gerald Eve.
