The construction works at Spectrum are well underway to transform the old 97,800 sq ft building at 160 Old Street into around 161,000 sq ft of high-quality office and retail space.

Completion of the fully consented scheme is expected in early 2018 and, with the marketing campaign recently launched, early leasing interest is encouraging given the low average ERV of only £53.35 per sq ft across the office space.
