The final phase of Riverside Quarter has received approval from Wandsworth Council, reports Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher.
Following the successful design and delivery of the earlier phases and the last completed building Seven Riverside the work that started over 12 years ago can now continue.
The development has been approved for a new mixed use building ranging between 11 and 15 storeys with two levels of basement car parking.
The ground floor will be dedicated to commercial and leisure facilities with concierge and residential access and to the upper floors.
