The first phase of Shared Ownership homes at Excalibur will launch in late 2017 or early 2018.
Forming part of a multi-phase regeneration project, this new development will bring over 140 private sale homes to Catford, an area where new homes remain remarkably rare. Shared Ownership will also be available at Excalibur.
Prices for the first release at Excalibur will start from £320,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, and £405,000 for a two-bedroom home.
