Endeavour development in Highams Park is launching on Saturday 4th November when its Marketing Suite is opened to the public.

The release will comprise a selection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.

Endeavour will comprise a total of 66 apartments for sale, built across 3 blocks, and forms part of the wider regeneration of Highams Park, which includes a new Tesco superstore and other retail units.

Balconies at the development will feature a floral pattern design pioneered by the artist William Morris, a leading figure in the English Arts & Craft movement of the 19th Century who was born in nearby Walthamstow.

Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, commented: “Highams Park is a location which has previously fallen under the radar of home buyers in the capital but is now becoming increasingly popular with commuters looking for a village lifestyle within easy reach of central London.

“With excellent rail links, a wide range of amenities, and the open spaces of Epping Forest, Walthamstow Marshes and the River Lee Valley Country Park all close by, Highams Park really does offer buyers the best of both worlds.

“Endeavour will provide a range of stylish open-plan apartments for those looking to relocate to this up-and-coming neighbourhood, and we look forward to welcoming visitors to our Marketing Suite from November 4th.”

Fairview’s marketing suite will be located within a shop unit opposite Highams Park station, on The Avenue, and will be open from 10am to 5pm, Friday to Wednesday.

On Thursdays the marketing suite will open from midday to 7pm – enabling commuters to visit on their way home from work.
