Buyers at the Phoenix development will start moving into their new homes in February and March 2018.
Homes available at the launch events on 14th and 15th November included apartments within Hydra House (the development’s landmark corner building) and neighbouring Griffin House.
A selection of 1-bedroom apartments priced from £415,000 and 2-bedroom apartments priced from £535,000 were available.
Apartments within Hydra House face onto the adjacent Limehouse Cut on one side of the building, while homes on the other side face Bartlett Park, with views across and towards Canary Wharf.
