Westminster City Council is planning to grant permission for 151 Strand planning application submitted in December 2016.
The Planning Committee will make the decision on Tuesday 13th March 2018.
The applicant has made some changes to the facade - a lighter, more traditional colour, type and bond of brickwork is used along with a more subtle shop front.
