One Park Drive

Canary Wharf Group is launching Level 32 Sky Lofts in One Park Drive on 9th of April 2018.

The building is divided into three distinct sections; the spacious Loft apartments take up floors 02-09, the Cluster section of apartments intelligently layered to maximise space in the mid-section and the large Bay apartments toward the top of the building. This structure creates a one-off design opportunity on L32, where the Cluster and Bay typologies meet.

The Sky Lofts, with interiors designed by Bowler James Brindley, are forged out of this idiosyncrasy created by One Park Drive’s striking cylindrical design. Fashioned using the best elements of both apartments, three purchasers now have the opportunity to own a property that has subtle differences in design unlike any previously available. These are some of the most beautifully appointed apartments to be made available within the landmark building, with prices starting from £2,750,000.

The Sky Lofts benefit from having spacious and separate kitchen and lounge areas as well as five-piece bathroom suites. In combining key characteristics, these newly released apartments boast spaciousness and views. Wrapping around the outside, each of the three Sky Lofts has up to 1,300 sq ft. of terrace, which is accessible from all of the major rooms.

This design approach encourages a harmonious mix of adaptable inside and outside living space. Through curved ceiling profiles, sculptured bathrooms and resin flooring, a seamless living environment is fully achieved.

Brian De’ath, Director of Residential Sales, said: “One Park Drive is a remarkable work of architecture and in time will become one of the most recognisable buildings in London. These three apartments are a one-off opportunity, created at the point where two of the three distinct sections of the structure meet. One Park Drive is a residential building like no other and the Sky Lofts epitomise our vision for what it is to live in this building.”

One Park Drive was launched in March 2017 and the Sky Lofts were not made available in the first phase of released apartments. The 58-storey building has 483 luxury apartments consisting of the three typologies, Loft, Cluster and Bay, which range from intelligently concise studios to stunning Penthouses. One Park Drive will form the centrepiece of Canary Wharf’s new district, Wood Wharf and residents will benefit from a lobby with concierge, a library, plus a screening room. There will also be a modern health and fitness suite, including a gym and 20-metre swimming pool overlooking the docks as well as a steam room and sauna.

In total, Canary Wharf’s new district will create up to 3,600 new homes, 380,000 sq ft. of retail space, 2.8 million sq ft. of office space and eight acres of public spaces, squares and parks.
