European Land has submitted a development application for the redevelopment of building 1 at the site Building 1, Harbet Road, Merchant Square, reports Hank Zarihs Associates.
The application is still in the stage of detailed planning.
The Brownfield site project will involve demolition of existing structure, in order to construct new structures.
The project will involve the construction of one main structure, with 42 storeys above ground and 3 storeys below the ground level. Upon finishing, the structure will include 222 residential housing units and 133 parking spaces. This project will begin in the third quarter of 2020 and finish development in the third quarter of 2025. 49 one bed houses, 91 two bed houses, 79 three bed houses, 3 four bed houses, and 90 hotel beds will be featured in this project.
