Chinese developer Country Garden, in partnership with a Hong Kong fund, has acquired Ailsa Wharf development from developers Galliard and Lindhill.
Country Garden bought the site for about £80 million and plans to turn it into a £400 million development of 785 homes, a Country Garden executive told the South China Morning Post on Wednesday.
