The initial interest in Bow Garden Square has been encouraging and a number of reservations have been secured, reports Telford Homes.
Owner-occupiers take longer to commit to a purchase, especially under Help to Buy, but the Board expects ongoing demand particularly as the development moves towards completion later this year.
