142 shared ownership homes were launched this weekend at The Staging Post in Hounslow, a new scheme from Notting Hill Sales, part of Notting Hill Genesis, offering one, two or three bedrooms to those who live or work in the borough.
Buyers must purchase a minimum 50 per cent share, starting from £162,500 (total price £325,000), meaning the minimum household income eligible is £45,000 a year. This is the first part of a wider redevelopment which will see a total of 900 homes built where the civic centre currently stands.
