Polyteck Group is now building the five luxury penthouses at Centre Heights.
The development will also have a roof garden, available for use solely for the penthouse residents.
Polyteck is working closely with Anderson Wilde and Harris, who manage the buildings on behalf of Anaspel, to ensure that all specifications are appropriate to the requirements of the space.
