Fairview New Homes has just released the first homes for sale within Cook House, its second apartment building at Endeavour, after the homes within the first building were all sold.
A selection of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with prices starting from £339,000.

All of the homes currently available at Endeavour can be purchased using London Help to Buy. The scheme enables purchasers to buy a new home priced up to £600,000 with a 5% deposit and 55% mortgage.
The remaining 40% is provided as an equity loan which is interest-free for the first 5 years.
