Fairview New Homes is hosting a dedicated London Help to Buy roadshow weekend at Venue between 10am and 5pm on both Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th August 2018.

The developer is teaming up with Homes for Londoners – the campaign set up by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan – to talk about the full scope of London Help to Buy and how the scheme has helped thousands of Londoners make their move to a new home since February 2016.

Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, commented: “We are excited to be taking our London Help to Buy events on the road and to be working alongside Homes for Londoners to give our potential buyers all the information they require on how to make use of the government-backed scheme.

“The expansion of the London Help to Buy scheme in 2016 has unlocked the door for so many buyers in the capital, who can now secure a 55% mortgage supported by a minimum 5% deposit, and make that all-important move onto the property ladder.

“Despite the scheme’s introduction almost three years ago, we still listen to many would-be homeowners who feel they require a more in-depth discussion on the benefits of the scheme, which is exactly why our roadshow events have been set-up.

“We look forward to welcoming our visitors to Venue over the course of this weekend from 10am each day.”

Fairview offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Venue, off William Booth Road, which is close to Crystal Palace and a 5-minute walk from Anerley station.

Prices start from £350,000.

The apartments at Venue have been designed with spacious open-plan layouts, contemporary gloss white kitchens, integrated appliances, and allocated parking.

All of the apartments currently available can be purchased using London Help to Buy, the government-backed scheme which enables purchasers to buy a new home with a 5% deposit and a 55% mortgage.

The remaining 40% of the property’s price is provided as an equity loan which remains interest-free for the first 5 years.
