Developer Sellar Property Group has leased the ground and entire 1st floor (totalling 6,900 sq ft) at Threeways House, reports The Langham Estate.
The premises will become their new head office in conjunction with the company’s ambitious London projects.
Their new Threeways House office will be entirely redeveloped in their signature sleek and contemporary style. Plans include installing a new internal staircase between the floors that will allow staff to have their own access from the Ground floor showroom.
