British Land is exploring the potential for an office-led scheme at the Loom Court site and neighbouring depot building (site 3).

The proposals include retaining and refurbishing the existing Loom Court building, along with a new build element where the depot building was on Blossom Street.

British Land would like your feedback and will be holding two drop-in sessions at Loom Court, 14-22 Elder Street, E1 6BT:
