Work on The Scalpel has now completed, reports property and construction consultant Gleeds.
Gleeds has been advising on the development, providing cost management and employer’s agent services for the base build contract of WR Berkley Corporation Development Ltd’s £215 million scheme, and for the Category B and Category A fit out of the building’s upper floors.
