St George and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham have launched eight new homes at Montpellier House, Sovereign Court, which are available exclusively to local first-time buyers with discounted prices starting from £244,762.

A mix of Manhattan, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are available through the affordable housing scheme where qualifying buyers pay a percentage of the property's open market value, while retaining full ownership of the property.

For example, one apartment with a full market value of £487,500 is now available to qualifying applicants at a discounted sale price of £244,762, representing a 50.21% equity share. The balance of 49.79% would be held in covenant with the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

Many of the apartments overlook the landscaped communal courtyard gardens and provide full access to the on-site amenities such as a fitness suite and 24-hour concierge.

The new homes in Montpellier House are available to people who currently live or work in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham but cannot afford to buy on the open market.

Steve Kirwan, Operations Director, St George commented:
"We are delighted to work in partnership with the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham to deliver high-quality new homes for first-time buyers in the local area. This is another exciting milestone for Sovereign Court, building on its continued success as one of the finest places to live and work in Hammersmith."
