The Crown Estate has signed three new office customers over five floors of The Marq, taking a total of 29,130 sq ft of space.

The office space in the building is now 82% let, with only the 6,330 sq ft first floor space remaining.

CBRE and Levy Real Estate are acting on behalf of The Crown Estate on office leasing.

The Marq also offers a flexible 5,000 sq ft retail space over the ground and basement levels, which is available as a flagship store or can be split, Nash Bond and Colliers are acting for The Crown Estate on the retail space. The 5,000 sq ft restaurant has been confirmed as the location for Maison Francois, a new all-day dining concept.
