The reinforced concrete frame that the 37-storey Keybridge Lofts block will be built around has now been completed, as well as its secondary steel frame, reports Mount Anvil.

The construction of partition walls throughout the block is now complete, whilst plastering of those partitions is nearing completion at level 35. Painting is complete to level 29, and kitchens are installed to level 32 as scheduled.

The residents pool and gym area are also progressing well, with all basic structural work complete. The next stage will be internal fit out, which will consist of building walls and tiling.

Work on Keybridge Capital also continues at a steady pace, with the stair core and lift completed, slabs installed up to level 14 and first fix starting on levels 2 and 3. The external façade has reached level 7, and underfloor heating and screeding are up to level 4.

Over 400 residents are now living at keybridge, across more than 250 apartments. The scheme’s car park is also now complete and in use by those residents.
