Westminster Council has received a new planning application for the refurbishment of Wingate House at 93 - 107 Shaftesbury Avenue.

Seaforth Land Holdings Limited and BC Partners have submitted plans for: Works at the entrance along Shaftesbury Avenue including the provision of a lift to the building entrance works to the ground and first floor levels, the creation of new roof terraces on the 4th and 9th floors, works to the existing 7th and 8th-floor terrace spaces, the installation of plant and plant screen at rooftop level and 8th floor, upgrade works to the rear of the site and associated works. Planning Consultant: Gerald Eve. Architect: Oktra.
