The handover of Kemp Porter Buildings at 140 Wales Farm Road to Imperial College London was completed on Tuesday 15th September, reports architect CJCT.
The 30-storey 731 bed student scheme, coupled with 85 BTR homes, is the architect's latest work for Imperial College London.
Imperial College London has made amendments to the bed spaces in light of COVID-19 and the Kemp Porter Buildings currently contain self-catered study accommodation for 585 undergraduate students. The weekly rent starts from £146 for a single en-suite. Double en-suites from £168.
