Despite the disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the latest updates show excellent progress with 41% of the works completed as of December 2020, reports Dominivs Group.

The site was closed for a short period in March, at the beginning of the pandemic. Recent milestones have included the completion of the B-1 slab and commencement of the ground floor slab.

Upon completion in 2022, the Lost Property hotel will have 145 bedrooms across six floors and an extravagantly stylish restaurant and bar open to guests and members of the public.

BREEAM approved with an “Excellent” rating, the Lost Property hotel will feature an upscale brand experience, courtesy of Curio by Hilton, who is behind several beautiful hotels, including The Renwick Hotel by Curio Collection in New York City and V Hotel by Curio Collection in Dubai.
