Specialist engineering contractor McGee has been appointed as the main contractor for the first phase of the 30 South Colonnade redevelopment.
McGee will undertake key elements of the redevelopment including the soft-strip, structural demolition, façade removal, enabling and structural strengthening works to the 1980’s steel frame building. It is believed to be the first major redevelopment of its kind on the Canary Wharf Estate.
