100-106 Kensington High Street has started on site, reports Structural Engineer Davies Maguire.
The demolition of the existing structure and piling for the proposed building is already complete.
The new development will create a mixed-use building with an enhanced retail offer to the ground floor, new office space to the first and second floors and four residential apartments to the third and fourth floors.
