Endurance Land has announced the practical completion of the redevelopment of The Bailey in the City of London.

The 10-storey building contains 115,000 sq ft flexible Grade A office accommodation.

The majority of the building has been let to IPG Mediabrands, part of The Interpublic Group of Companies.
