Mace has reached practical completion at One Crown Place.

The development designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox comprises 246 private apartments and a fully restored Georgian terrace that has been transformed into a 41-room luxury boutique hotel and 140,000 sq ft of office space.

Mace has used modern methods of construction and the latest technology to deliver One Crown Place. Working together with 3D visualisation start-up, Disperse, the team has visually tracked construction progress while using data to address inefficiencies, redefining the boundaries of delivery.

Mace has delivered One Crown Place as a BREEAM Excellent rated project. This was achieved with high performance glazing to control solar gain and heat loss, energy efficient lighting and daylight sensors.
